Nancy's Nourishing Kitchen was founded by Nancy Ferraris, a fitness enthusiast and Natural Foods Chef, trained in health supportive cooking.
Nancy trained at the Natural Gourmet Institute for Health and Culinary Arts, the leader in health supportive culinary cuisine in New York City. It is known for pairing culinary training with health promoting food, focusing on whole foods and plant-based cuisines and their benefits.
Nancy is also a Certified Nutrition Coach and Certified Exercise Fitness Specialist and believes there is a direct relationship between food, fitness and wellness.
Nancy's love of nourishing food and fitness inspires her to share strategies and techniques, leading to a lifetime of healthy habits.
